South Charlotte Pet Sitters has a strict policy for handling customer information. The information you provide to South Charlotte Pet Sitters is confidential and protected to the fullest extent possible. We will not disclose or distribute customer information to third parties without prior written consent by the customer.
Payment Terms: For new customers, payment is due at the time of service. Payment is to be placed in a sealed envelope labeled ‘SCPS’ and given to our pet sitter at the time of arrival. A non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee services dates that include major holidays.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation fees are in effect for customers that provide less than 24 hours notice that they will not require our services. Cancellation policy does not apply to a change in service type.
Payment Term Exceptions: Special rates are provided to customers that desire regularly scheduled pet or home care services (e.g. every day at lunch time). For regularly scheduled pet care, payment will be monthly or on other applicable schedule.
